R.E.A.L. Housing exists to break the cycle of recidivism by providing a healthy, goal-oriented living environment for individuals reentering society after incarceration.
We believe real change happens when people are supported, empowered, and given access to stability—not just released back into the same conditions that led them astray.

R.E.A.L. Housing was founded by Noel Ayala, someone who understands firsthand the realities of gang life, violence, and the difficult transition back into society.
After experiencing the cycle personally, Noel recognized how challenging it is to rebuild your life when the system often makes it harder—limited job opportunities, lack of housing, and constant pressure to return to fast money or old habits.
R.E.A.L. Housing was created to offer a different path—one rooted in structure, accountability, and real support.
Eligibility is for individuals returning from incarceration, including parolees, probation referrals, court-referred participants, and those in government-funded programs. Applicants must demonstrate readiness for structure, accountability, and successful reintegration into society.
